Terms of Service

By purchasing this item/s I (buyer) understand and agree that along with my ownership of the Artwork, all copyrights remain the sole and exclusive property of the Artist (owner of SA Art & Design). I (buyer) understand and agree that I am responsible for securely hanging the Artwork and the Artist shall not be liable for any failure due to improper installation, resulting, but not limited to damage to the wall/walls, floor, any interiors, the Artwork, or causing safety risk to people nearby. I (buyer) release and forever discharge the Artist (owner of SA Art & Design) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which I (buyer) have or ever had or may in the future have against the Artist (owner of SA Art & Design).

Returns and exchange details

►RETURNS ACCEPTED: Return requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving the artwork. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Contact SA Art & Design within 7 days and return it within 14 days of delivery ( except custom orders and made to order paintings). Buyer pays return shipping. To receive a full refund of the cost of the Artwork (minus shipping cost and return shipping cost), the Artwork should be returned in the original packaging.

Custom made and made to order paintings are non-refundable.

►UN-DELIVERABLE: If a package is returned as "undeliverable" (failed delivery attempts, the customer was not at the address or "refused" the package), a refund will be issued after the package is returned to the seller's address. The buyer will be responsible for shipping and return shipping cost (which will be deducted from your total refund).

If he buyer requests the item to be re-shipped, they must contact the seller within 7 days to arrange a new delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping and return shipping cost.

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address. Seller is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address.

►In cases where the Artwork was damaged during shipment, the buyer must contact the seller within 7 days of receiving the Artwork and send photos of the damage, print the return shipping label provided by the seller within 2 business days of receiving it, and ship the item in the original packaging. To receive a full refund, the buyer MUST send photos of the damage prior to shipping it back.

SA Art & Design cannot be responsible for shipping carrier delays, delays due to weather conditions, holidays or the delays of packages held in customs.

Signature confirmation is required for shipments valued at $250 USD and above.

Shipping policies

Original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped by me in PA, USA via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery (street address required for large art), or USPS Priority for smaller sizes. Includes insurance and tracking. Signature confirmation is required for shipments valued at $250 USD and above. Currently, I only ship to continental USA and Puerto Rico. For any other locations please contact me directly.
